When you contact us or request a quote, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you'd like a callback, and the description of your project. Our website works without accounts and without asking for anything else.
To reply to you, prepare your quote, and deliver the project you hire us for. That's the legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract once signed.
This site sets no cookies. Your theme preference (dark or light) and your analytics choice are stored in your own browser. If you allow analytics, we use Umami to count page views: which page, the site you came from, and your browser, device type and country. None of it identifies you. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't sell data. You can change your choice any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer.
Nobody, except the service providers we need to run our business (such as email and hosting), each bound by their own data-processing agreements. We never sell your data.
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for the durations Irish tax and contract law require.
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to processing. Email hello@wedesign.ie and we'll act on it promptly. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
